About Me
I am grateful you visited my page and commend you for taking action to begin the process of healing and exploring. I, too, have been on the search for a coach many times before, and who you decide to work with will be deeply personal. I have always wanted to feel connected to the coach and have their story resonate with me.

My self-discovery and healing journey began when i was 40 years old. I was unfulfilled in my career and felt this constant inner turmoil and feeling stuck as if there was more to life than what was experiencing, i was unhappy, yet no one knew because to the outside world, I had everything that one could hope for in life. While questioning what was next for me, I had been in a 12-year relationship, and the day we planned to get engaged, my soon-to-be fiancee broke off the relationship. At this pivotal moment, I began asking myself, how did I get here? So, over six years, i embarked on a challenging but rewarding journey of answering the "How did I get here?" question. During this journey, I truly got to know myself and uncovered who i was underneath who I thought I was "supposed" to be. I focused on dealing with my childhood trauma through therapy; I opened my mind to trying various modalities of healing, like akashic readings, hypnotherapy, energy healing, and quantum healing.
As i deconstructed and rebuilt myself, became aligned and understood myself. I started to understand why, for years, I had internal discomfort and why i was always searching for more. Oftentimes, it manifested in needing constant change in my jobs, thinking the next role, the next company, the next promotion, and more money would make me feel good. I also didn't have the connections I wanted, so I felt lonely and isolated. Becoming ok with myself and feeling good enough allowed me to make bold choices, pursue what was truly meant for me career-wise, and find my tribe of friends. I redefined what success meant to me, and every day, I only said yes to things that brought me closer to the life that i want to live. i became the main character in my life.
The transition wasn't easy. Like many women, I wrestled with self-doubt, fear of starting over, and the question: "Is it too late for me?" But through self-reflection, doing the work needed, and taking bold steps forward, discovered that it's never too late to rewrite your story. So, with boldness, I left my comfortable job and started my own HR consulting business. Then I left a 15-year HR career and started coaching: I also launched the Jam Session Podcast with a dear friend, released relationships that were no longer aligned with myself, established new friendships with deep and honest connections, and opened myself up to life and what it brings. The best chapters often come next as you discover and explore your true self. Through my experience and wanting to help women let go of limitations, embrace new perspectives, and transform challenges into opportunities for growth, I created Secondact Coaching.
